Shipping policy

Big Apple Treasure conducts global buying and selling operations. International express shipping, with a transit time of 3-4 business days, is available at a flat rate of $50. Additional duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be settled upon delivery. For domestic ground shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days, we offer $12 economy shipping and a flat rate of $20 express shipping. Please be aware that these transit times are approximate and may vary based on your shipping destination.

Lost/Damaged package

Big Apple Treasure ships all packages with a required signature unless otherwise specified. Should you request to waive the signature requirement for delivery, you assume full responsibility for any missing packages. Our packages are insured by BAT for up to $100. Additionally, we offer third-party insurance through Insure Shield, which you can purchase for extra coverage during checkout. Please note that BAT cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing packages. We will solely facilitate an insurance claim or refund up to $100 if third-party shipping insurance is not obtained at the time of purchase. In the event of any subsequent shipping claims, the buyer will be responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier or insurance company.
